We took a cruise to celebrate Spring Break. We departed from Miami Terminal G. Upon first arrival in the terminal, the age and lack of cleanliness were apparently going to foreshadow the remainder of the trip. While everyone in the terminal was very nice, it just was not up to the Celebrity status that we have come accustomed to.

Our first stop was in Key West which did go smoothly. It was after that that things started to go down hill. We lost power twice in one day. The day after we had no water and no hot water for a limited time. The nightly chocolates that used to be delivered at turn down, were only included on the first evening. The ship was older and unable to dock in Bimini. The room was basic in cleanliness. One bright spot- the food and servers were great! This was our 12th Celebrity Cruise and the worst ever!

Make sure you research the age of the ship before making a reservation!
