ONLY COMPLAINT: guests that save pool side seats before pools are even open-totally rude cruise guests-made a complaint with guest services!! Hope to see changes in the future.
Recommend: We disembark with our luggage-skip looking for it in the terminal, go straight to customs. We disembark at our leisure during the second breakfast seating, not crowded in atrium or terminal. Would appreciate ...
Our family of three (H, W, 16 yo son) had a fantastic cruise on the Escape. I will qualify that by saying we were in the Haven, so this likely had a major impact on our cruise. We picked NCL for the price and as teen-friendly. We had only cruised once before (on RCCL) and even though we enjoyed it, there were things that we did not like about cruising, and the Haven solved those for us. We ...
Brother selected this cruise as a family/friends one. Sixteen of us set sail. Had the best time with all on board. Deck 19 bar by the Vibe had the best bartenders. Ship was beautiful. Although I didn't care for the two straight days on water, the rest was fun! Getting on and off ship was a breeze, from embarkation in Miami, to getting off and on at the ports, and disembarkation at journey's ...
Not sure why all the hate for the Epic. It's a big ship, you will walk a lot, but come on, is that really a bad thing after all the food eaten all week?! I never waited more than 5 mins in line at the buffet and the food was very good. I don't understand why people are complaining about having to wait for anything. You're on vacation, there is no need to be in a hurry! Guess what, do to fog, ...
This being our third Disney Cruise and our second on board the Dream, we knew the type of excellent service to expect. Embarkation day is usually a long time on waiting for our bags and waiting at cabanas, but this time we found out that enchanted garden on deck 2 has a buffet. Once we got down there we got sat with a server named Wayne who was great and made our first meal even better. The shows ...
Went on a three night cruise with my family and I could not have asked for more. The ship was amazing, the room was great especially with the verandah and the food was fantastic. The characters and how they made themselves available was great for my kids who were super excited to meet the princesses and other characters. The food was top notch and I could always find something to eat for myself ...
I have been on two cruises in the past and they were both on RCCL. My husband had never been on a cruise before. He was in the Navy for 10 years so the last thing he wanted to do was get on a ship. Being as we both love Disney, I talked him into a cruise on one of their ships. I figured that was the only way I would be able to get him to go on a cruise with me. It was a short cruise so that he ...
We were looking for a 4-5 day cruise in mid February, and a friend of ours recommended this for us. My only complaint is that there are few (if any) cabins that have balconies. Other than that, everything was great! The ship is smaller and it is extremely easy to navigate. We signed up late and could only get the 8:15 main dining room seating. We were disappointed at first with our time, but ...
This was my only complaint on my recent sailing aboard the Koningsdam. I'm referring to the Holland American Line Mariners, the folks that have hundreds of days sailing on HAL. I've never heard so much unhappiness on a cruise among folks that have status. My advice to Holland America Line, IGNORE them. Our experience on the Koningsdam was wonderful...keep up the good work.
We arrived at ...
any cruise out of New York is a plus esp. if that is where you live. You do not have to deal with the airlines especially during a holiday week. The ship is large but you never feel that is too large, It is laid our well. Always something to do no matter what the time and of course always something to eat. The entertainment is the best. I have been on many different lines, but Norwegian always ...
