We arrived in Quebec City Oct. 19' 2015 for a great time to Houston. We flew LAX to Quebec City, stayed two nights at the Hilton, very nice, easy walking to the old city. We had been to Quebec City on another cruise, so we walked and used tear Hop on Hop off big bus. Another great experience for us. The people, shopping, food all very good. Our embankment on the ship was quick, easy and ...

Great Ride on the Saint Lawrence

The crew on the ship is outstanding. Having arrived much too early at the terminal, we were greeted by the hotel director Akin who went to the ship and returned with coffee and pastries to make us feel welcome while we waited. The same attention to detail continued throughout the cruise from the entire staff. Besides being attentive to the passengers, the crew seemed to get along very well with ...

QM2, Quebec to NYC: Another Great Cunard Voyage

This was my last voyage before the dry dock coming after the WC, so I hope to write a comparison next year - as we have booked the same class and the exact same trip - Quebec to NYC. I hope this review helps give a few tidbits and happy thoughts - though there was a hiccup or two. Boarding: NYC & Southampton have it down to a science; Quebec City was complete chaos. Enough said. And as ...

Another great cruise with HAL. The ship was clean and well looked after. The Eurodam is headed in for an overhaul shortly. Could only make the ship nicer. The service was fast and always with a smile. We never spent more than 1 1/2 hours at dinner. We enjoyed the new BB Kings in the Queen's lounge and the shows by the singer/dancers. Actually all entertainment was great. The food was ...

Quebec City was very charming, lots of interesting history, beautiful scenery. It was special sailing the St. Lawrence River, could see lights on shore at night. When we sailed into Saguenay were welcomed by the locals with a re-inactiment of their Heritage days, in period costumes, complete with a bonfire & an antigue vehicle. The locals were giving us directions for the Hop on Hop off tours ...

Always search for RCCL members cruise -they never fail to impress. Royal goes out of its way to take wonderful care of their LOYAL Crown & Anchor members. Parties, gifts, special trivia's you name it. they provide it. This year we booked Serenade Of The Seas, departing from Quebec City with stops in Canada, PEI, and Maine. The weather was perfect for excursions and just walking around the ...

Beautiful Ship, Great Member Cruise!

This was our first RCI Crown & Anchor member cruise and first Radiance class ship. The fellow cruisers were so wonderful and there was a lot of interaction, probably because of it being a member cruise. However, I think the size of the ship also helps - small enough so you frequently run into the same people. The cruise staff was above and beyond awesome for this cruise. The cruise ...

Excellent cruise!! Great stops, good food, nothing to complain about. Of the 2 main dining rooms I would recommend Aqua. (both are the same food) Things seemd to flow more smoothly there. Food would arrive still hot. Cabin was perfect. Due to availability we ended up on the lowest deck (4). It could not have been a better location. It was quiet and exactly the same room as deck 5 exept for the ...

Stayed in 14500 NCL Dawn Quebec to Boston. Unbelievable luxury. 3 bedrooms all with King beds. 3 Baths, 2 had whirlpool tubs. Huge living/dining room with baby grand piano and amazing floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool. Our own steam room and hot tub and even a private top floor sun deck. Service was amazing from butler, steward and concierge. Food in dining rooms average. But ...

Seeing other reviews on this site for this ship, we were a bit apprehensive about our cruise, although we had seen others that were positive. In particular, we saw complaints about maintenance, public rooms, etc. Our experience was completely to the contrary--absolutely positive--about the ship itself (pristine public rooms), the crew, the food, the service, the ports--all good. We've had well ...
