This cruise was originally on another ship but changed to the Venezia. When we got our room changed we upgraded to a Suite for pennies and were pleasantly surprised about the room. I have sailed 5 times with Oceania. The food has been the primary reason and the service. The food was actually terrible on the new Vista. Room service was not edible. Red Ginger had the best food out of all the restaurants. The bacon was tasteless. Even the ketchup was an off brand that was horrible.

Chose this cruise for great itinerary and Brand new ship. Although bathrooms are now larger, staterooms below the "penthouse" suite category are simply too small. The good. The food on this cruise was the best I have ever had on a cruise. The bathroom in my standard stateroom was the nicest I have ever had on a cruise. Our room steward was amazing throughout the two weeks. He never failed to keep our room clean twice each day. He went out of his way to refill our refrigerator and ice bucket. This is our second cruise with Regent, our first was on the Explorer and was a wonderful experience.
Compared to the Explorer, the Voyager is somewhat shabby and is in need of an upgrade.
The food was generally fine but not as excellent as I remember the food on the Explorer being. There are also fewer dining options.
