We enjoy TA and NCL had a pretty good itinerary. First time on NCL many people you spoke with before the cruise always were cautious on comment on NCL, now we understand.

the Epic has its well commented on issues, weird small cabins, dirty soot from stacks, we agree with all of these comments. This will be our first and last cruise with NCL as our biggest issues we’re with cruise lines poor organization and management. Lineups everywhere except the oversized Casino which you have to pass through all the time. As someone commented earlier, the lineup for the dining rooms we’re at least 20 min then you are given a buzzer and told the wait will be another 40 min. We could not reserve a dinning time except speciality restaurants which made show reservations hard. Lineups often had people jumping ahead and getting aggressive. There was noticeable shortage of staff to keep things in order. Crew did best they could but were often overwhelmed.

My sister got COVID during the cruise missed 9 days, was only let out on last day. There was lot of COVID on board most not likely reported. I suspect the COVID included the Epic Beatles which missed about 7 or 8 days.

Cabin Review

Not repeating all we have heard about the poor cabin design of this ship. But would add this was the worst mini suite we have ever had.
