We chose celebrity apex because the people we traveled with have been on many ships.( my first time )It definitely did not not disappoint. You never even knew you were on a ship. The accommodations were impeccable. Our house staff Raol was very kind and went out of his way to do special things for my granddaughter. Now to the best part, we had dinner every evening at the cosmopolitan restaurant. We requested the same table and wait staff. Amus, Nelson,Ariani and jayson our host. They made us feel at home every evening and food was nothing short of perfection,my compliments to all the chefs on the ship. I would love on my next cruise to tour the kitchen and meet the staff. Also for a final note, I was afraid that getting off the ship would be a nightmare, but was pleasantly surprised how smooth and organized everything was. Again, thank you for wonderful family vacation
