MSC – I don’t know where to start !

We booked a 6 person room on the 10th floor of MSC Virtousa. Our first family holiday following Covid. In summary I’m so disappointed with MSC that I have contacted my credit card to commence a S75 claim. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. What a let down.

So lets start with the positives. The ship is amazing. Really ! I cannot fault the ship at all apart from be careful with onboard purchases. They are overpriced. Onboard tobacco / Cigarettes are cheaper in Barcelona / Portugal duty free shop when you reboard. It was something like 29 euros for 5 packs of Amber leaf and onboard it was about £38. They have various shopping events but every item including a Guess bag was cheaper online.
