We chose this cruise based on the ports of call, excursions and cruise line reputation. Our travel group had multiple excursions planned with the hope of being off the boat a significant amount of the time. We were so disappointed.

The Crown Princess is a very sick ship - the vessel was running at a reduced speed so we missed two ports (with excursions) and only had a few hours in a third (Juneau).

The 10th floor smelled like open sewage pit the entire trip. Our housekeeping stafff kept apologizing. Not a good experience. Read more
