On board service was truly good including food, beverages, service, cabins, gym, bars, music! All exceeded expectations. However, if all you want to do is cruise and you dont care if the boat arrives late, misses ports of call, your shore excursions are cancelled, the captain wakes you up in the middle of the night to make announcements and essentially the cruise is so unreliable that you cannot be assured that you are going to the places advertised in the brochure, then its ok to sail on Princess. Otherwise, if you truly expect them to deliver the part of the cruise where you go to certain ports of call then i urge you not to use this cruise line. They are dis engenous, not transparent, dishonest and really hard to reach by phone due to poor staffing. They also take a long time to refund your money when its owed. For goodness sakes there are so many other option, just pass on this company becasue its not worth the effort and stress of what they could do to you.
