I’m on the Crown Princess now 5-23-2022 to Alaska and the itinerary gets changed daily because the ship can not maintain speed. We might end the cruise with zero excursions and this is a once in a lifetime cruise. Unacceptable and service is terrible because they knew this was a problem before we boarded! DO NOT BOOK YHIS SHIP! Juneau arrival for Whale watching plan was 4:00 and we will arrive after 6:00. Which means our train ride in Skagway will also be way behind and will have to cancel that as well. Some of these are non refundable but that is not the worst part. Coming all across the country to SEE Alaska is the point of the cruise. This ship should not be allowed to operate if it can not meet the planned itinerary. It is to be determined if Princess/Carnival make it right and refund our full cost as this is the most expensive vacation we have ever taken and by far the worst so far. Stay away from Princess/Carnival.

Cabin Review

Cabin is basic but expected.
