Regal Princess Review

Ship was beautiful and very clean. Food was not the best, entertainment not the best, and service was terrible.

I have cruised on Holland america, Disney, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean but never on Princess. I heard so many great things about Princess that I decided to try. Our cruise was five nights to the Caribbean. The service was just horrible. I have no idea why because there seemed to be enough staff. The staff did not seem happy, not a lot of smiles. For instance, i asked for extra dressing for my salad and was told that could not be done. Another night in the dining room, my daughter's steak was overcooked. We told our waiter and he brought the next steak even more well done. The waiter would not return the steak the way she had originally ordered. I had to ask for an extra dinner roll every night since they only brought one. Had to ask for butter. I always felt that I was bothering the staff. Upon our return, I had some questions about the billing. I called Princess customer service twice and was on hold over 30 minutes each time before I gave up. Have text four times and get an automatic response saying they will get in touch with me. It has now been over two months and no contact. My family had a Princess cruise scheduled for June but have cancelled. If this had been my first cruise I might have thought this was acceptable. The facial and massage were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Cabin Review

Cabin was nice, very clean, and our stateroom attendant was wonderful.
