We did a 7 night repositioning Greek Isles cruise.
It's our 3rd on Princess (20+ cruises in total).
We've cruised on the Royal princess before which is a same class ship. But the regal is slightly better in design.
Cabin Review
Mini-Suite with Balcony
We managed to get a free upgrade from a deluxe balcony to a mini suite.
It was really good ! Much larger than a regular cabin, bigger bathrooms (with a Bath) and slightly bigger balcony.
Highly recommended
Port Reviews
Athens (Piraeus)
We used the metro to city centre and did all the main sights ourselves.
City is quite grubby and very busy.
Crete (Heraklion)
Not a great island at all. We've stopped in Chania before and this time was Heraklion. Both rubbish, not picturesque and little to do.
Istanbul
Fantastic port. Dock in centre of city.
We got the metro/tram from the cruise terminal to the Blue Mosque area. 15min and cheap.
Great port.
Kusadasi
Lovely little port. Great shopping , beaches and a nice Fort to visit.
Mykonos
Love it. Fantastic greek island!
Used the €2 water taxi to the main town. Beaches are great and less than 10min to the ship
Naples
Naples is a bit of a dump. But we got the fast ferry (NLG) from the port to Capri. €40 return.
Capri is amazing, beautiful island. Highly recommended
