This is second time for the TA with "back to back" on to Rome....leaving Fort L. was a giant hairball...long, slow, hot lines and don't even ask about the mess getting set up on Medallion (which caused me to swear off Princess forever)...but once onboard my only issue was cabin location (upgraded to just behind the eyebrow so no view forward) and both beds were mostly "squashed" on the edges forcing one to sleep on the edge of a hill. I did get free internet but mostly because it didn't work and so many who did buy it rose up and got "free for everyone" internet. Food was very good but I had to walk out of main dining due to shitty table placement 3 times in one evening...so, back to the buffet..excellent food, service etc...but man do they keep the dining areas cold! The Barcelona to Rome was just a bizarre mash-up of ports and the weather was fun but blew us out of several ports and into Rome a day early...Also on the suck list: they charge for all shuttles (boat to town) where it used to be complimentary. I will likely do Princess again but hope they get the Medallion thing worked out or dropped and figure out how to board in a reasonable manner.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Balcony

Rode hard and put away wet seems to fit...patio door needed repair, the beds were in service way too long, carpets looked like they should have been changed a year ago..Medallion door key syst. never fully failed but often had to be messed with to get the door open...and said door needed to be manually pulled shut with some force to get it to lock
