Cruise was amazing. We were booked to use their transfers. There was over a 3 hour wait at Miami airport. So we didn’t use the transfers $50 a person, and took a cab for $25 per trip. I’ve been trying to get my money refunded but heard from them in the initial request. I countered a response and have not heard anything since, over 30 days. I will never use their transfers. They’re a rip off and service was horrible here is my email to them. I am very disappointed that NCL delivered such a negative response for a service that wasn't completed. When I called NCL from the airport it was communicated to me by NCL that I would be given a refund as long as I emailed the post cruise folks when I returned.

Clearly the vendor was overwhelmed and could not handle the amount of people. It's totally unacceptable to have more than a 3 hour wait for a transfer. As big as NCL is contracting with a company providing such a negative experience should be something NCL needs to fix pronto. There were a lot of angry people at the transfer area not just my party. I'm sure this is not the first you've heard regarding the problem. $50 pp is a hefty fee for something that your having a hard time producing.

To dateI have 3 cabins booked on a 9 day Alaska sailing on the Sun in July 2022.
