We had a terrible customer service experience on the Carnival Valor. If they had shown a lick of professionalism/concern we would maybe bump our review up to a 3, but there are few places online to review Carnival cruise line and the central corporation just doesn’t give a hoot. It’s really unfortunate, because we would have considered taking more cruises with Carnival but because of the actions of a few individuals who worked on the Valor and the attitude of the corporation in general, forget it.

Aside from the horrible customer service, the experience was a mixed bag...
