Chose this cruise for the ports and excursions. First day had to find our luggage and requested an extension cord for my CPAP. Told to come and get it at guest services, cord was too short and would need to find a longer one. Cabin Steward found one for us. Ship is an older one and was listed as having renovation in 2015, was told only the carpets were changed. Cabin, very small and tight for two people, We had a balcony room. Dinning was good and so was the food. Serving staff was good. Entertainment was good only problem was some of the entertainment you were required to have a dinner in order to see the activity. Nowhere in the listing was this mentioned.

As for the ports, we found all were good accept St. Lucia. We took the Diamond Falls tour. One long bus ride to see the falls which didn't look like anything listed in the NCL website. One short stop in a fishing village and the second stop after the falls was a lookout point and a restaurant were you were provided with a fruit drink and able to buy a chicken meal, this stop was allowed only 15 minutes. All of the other excursions were good and we enjoyed the UTV excursion in Aruba, this was outstanding. With what we know now, I strongly recommend that you don't expect an outstanding ship. The customer service desk is lacking in concern with your problems and you will need to pursue your concerns with a higher ranking member of the crew.

The major problem is the muster drill. This took place at 10:00 PM and lasted for one hour. Everyone was tired and the children were extremely tired and should not have had this drill at the hour.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Small hard to move with two people. Only one electric outlet. Room lighting is poor. Bed was good.
