This was my first cruise experience, my partner's second. Nothing went as planned, changed flights at the last minute, terrible food, awful customer service and the captain must have been racing other cruise ships. While we tried to look at the positive during our trip it was difficult to find the silver lining. Something as simple as requesting a Turkey burger became a task, I was profoundly dissappointed. Not one staff person could provide us with a clear answer when asked, the room never received fresh sheets, and that was just a small peek into our NCL experience. I can not say it enough, I will never travel NCL again. The booking experience was even hellish! We were never assigned a dedicated consultant, so every time we called for info we were met with long hold lines and many apologies. What I will say is this.....Makiba our Stewart definty tried to make our stay warm. The shows were palatable, and the cranberry juice was great. That's it, that's all I have to say about the positives, oh the in room movies were good. The excursions were best booked when we docked, NCL over charges and we even had to walk to out excursion! I hope this doesnt sound like we were looking for things to complain about, because it felt like those things were looking for us. No NCL I am not looking to be compensated or even a response, but as a responsible keep traveler I would be remiss if I didnt warn others of the worst ahead. Turn around now, dont do it.

It was as to be expected, small but doable.
