This was my first cruise so I have nothing to compare it to. We were at sea six of the ten days and the ocean was a bit choppy. I suffered from motion sickened for a few days. Room was clean and we had a balcony suite on deck nine. Our steward Carlton was on the ball and a very nice man. Staff overall was considerate and kind. Food and drinks were very good. Not sure if cruising is my cup of tea. It was hard to find the space outside to relax and read. Very busy around the pool area and no shade to speak of. Lots of unruly kids on board when we sailed. Not sure where there parents were. LOL!

Our only real concern was the last day. Disembarking was a nightmare. It was very disorganized and we were asked to wait in line for three hours, most of us standing with our luggage. There was no explanation for the long delays and we were not offered any water or snacks while we waited. The staff was curt and not very empathetic. It was an odd turnaround considering how lovely and accommodating everyone was prior to this. There were 2000+ very annoyed passengers at the end. It all could have been avoided with a little hospitality and communication. Not sure why the cruise line wouldn’t treat people well until the very end? Leave people feeling happy, not cranky! LOL!

Mini-Suite with Balcony

No complaints. Small but clean and comfortable.
