Our cabin steward was excellent. Decks 5 &6 were nice and also cleaner In all the cruise was an absolute disappointing holiday would never give them a second opportunity to disappoint us. MSC allow smoking in the middle of deck 11 even though they have 2 smoking rooms so you have to walk through the the smokers to get to either end of the ship not pleasant at all when people are puffing on cigars.
