This is our first time travelling with MSC, and our overall experience was not good. We book this trip because we wanted to go to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This cruise was supposed to take us in addition to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Costa Mia, Grand Cayman and Ocean Cay. Upon arrival we were told our dining room waiter that we were going to Montego Bay, Jamaica as they were doing alternative week. No form of communication from personnel. Sail away activities from Miami was mediocre with no amusements. In fact, this ship does not to announce arrival or departure form ports.

2nd—They had an engine problem which cost us one additional day at sea and a cancellation at Costa Mia and arrival at Montego Bay 1am. We were told about this late night and explanations at what going on in five different languages over a very bad PA system. It seems the staff were not prepared to hurdle an additional day at sea because the lack of activities. The main activities on this ship is dance lessons. Saturday at sea activities were better. However, MSC nighty shows are first class quality and one of the best among the cruise lines.

The cabins are clean and large with tons of storage for clothing and accessories, and there is a safe for valuable in each cabin.
