On Armonia 6 weeks ago & decided to go again as a treat. BIG mistake! Embarkation found us in a hot hall with disposable rubber gloves and plastic garbage bags trying to remove our clothes from my husbands bag which was covered with grease... crew was un responsive & said we did it...SERIOUSLY???? Disembarkation was hours standing in a hot lounge with people cutting in line & blaring "music" . In between we were given paper bags for our clothes (we bought luggage in Honduras) crew was unhelpful & did not listen to what you said. We requested to speak to the "hotel manager" several times after spending hours waiting in line at guest services but were never afforded the opportunity to speak to him. There was food & grease on "clean" silverware and cups in buffet, we were served iced tea tainted with some type of chemical that burned the back of our throats in the dining room, I was hit by a crew member who was bussing tables because she wasn't paying attention, crew at carving station was more interested txting on phone than doing her job ( did not clean hands before touching food). There was rusty water running onto the floor at the drink station near burger station. Crew members fill drink pitchers at drink station & they touch the pitchers to dispensing tubes ( not very sanitary) they wring out dirty cleaning rags into the drink station overflow. The chairs in the buffet had food spilled on them constantly if you could even find someplace to sit. Food quality and selection was poor. There was nothing exceptional and quite a bit that was just bad. Communication of activities and show reservation procedures was lacking. Did not receive our onboard credit we were supposed to receive. We have been cruising for over 20 years & know what to expect. VERY poor experience, from the disrepair of the ship to the attitude of the crew to the cleanliness to the quality of the food. It was just all bad...Was never so happy to return home from anything in my life. The best part of the cruise was getting off the ship in the ports & they even managed to make that uncomfortable. I must say the gust services gave us a $40 on board credit ( the Nike sports bag they ruined was worth MUCH more) to replace the bag...only thing is the only bag they had was $49 and huge... so that is why we had to hunt around Honduras for something that would suffice. The one thing that was in abundance was the delusional and insincere double talk from the crew. If this is the "best crew on all the seven seas" as the captain was constantly stating on the public address system, then the seven seas are in a world of trouble. We will NEVER sail on Armonia again & it will probably be some time before we are bold enough to go on another cruise regardless of the cruise line after this experience. From conversations with other passengers our experience was the norm not the exception and some people were treated worse.

Don't do it...You WILL be sorry.

Oceanview Stateroom – Fantastica

Small, bathroom was in disrepair. cabin steward kept it fairly clean...but then we keep things nice and organized on our own & make our bed daily... I still cleaned the bathroom after the steward because there was ALWAYS something sticky on the various surfaces when she was done....You are not allowed to have tissues unless you purchase an "Aurea" experience or above. Window curtains were VERY dusty, AC did not work properly, door key only worked about 1/2 the time ….a room steward told me to just band on the lock to get it to work because the batteries in the lock portion were going bad, toilet stopped working
