First I would like to state i rated a 1 because there were no minus buttins to select.We chose this cruise to celebrate our wedding honeymoon because of the destination from Port Canaveral to Turks &Caicos, and to Amber Cove D.R. Unfortunately this didnt happen and we ended up in Nassau Bahamas. The itinerary was switched after we were disembarked on the second day. The ship had mechanical issues our balcony door to our suite was broke and therefore impacted the air conditioning and refrigerator in our room. Secondly, prior to boarding our ship we had to carry our luggage to the top floor of the ship ourselves as we were informed Carnival dismisses their porters at 2pm daily. We did not get what we paid for nor did we enjoy this cruise. The staff seemed to not care and are powerless to try and accomodate for our losses. Carnival ruined my honeymoon. If your lokking for luxury this is not the ship nor the cruiseline you want to select.My husband and I are so sorry we didnt cruise with Norwegian as we normally do.
