This cruise was nothing but amazing! The staff is amazing and there's nothing bad I can say about anyone I met during the cruise! The port of Tampa was interesting to say the least. The ship was stuck in fog overnight and couldn't arrive back into Tampa until close to 8pm, delaying the charter the ship was going out on till the next morning. During the delay in return to port the ship was running low on some supplies, food and some beverages. The lunch and sort-of dinner was a mashup of just whatever was left over from the cruse we were on but wasn't bad all things considered. The cabin itself was an ocean view on Deck 7 foreword, looking over the side of the ship. The window was very large and made it so we could sit in the window during the cruise and overlook the ocean! I would definitely consider this cabin again if balcony is substantially more expensive. Also it was the Superbowl on the last night of the cruise! They had up charges to sit in the sports bar or the theater during the Superbowl showing, but the pool area was free and they had it on the big screen outside; a strange experience to watch the Superbowl a ship! The downside to this cruise is there wasn't much for evening activities and the show in the theater was okay at best.

Cabin Review

Spacious Ocean View

Cabin 2M

This was a nice cabin and for an ocean view catigory provided a similar feel to the balcony staterooms nearby. Being at the front of the ship there was only an emergency/staff stairway next to our cabin. The downside is during the evenings there was a lot of bass coming from the theater below. If choosing this cabin again just be aware that during the headliner showtimes there may be a lot of noise for about two hours per showtime, the last one lasting till almost midnight.

Port Reviews

Tampa

Tampa is a great place to start a cruise with one exception: the fog. With the fog we were severely delayed arriving back into port. Not a big deal for us as we booked our flight home the following day however, many others were upset from the delay caused by fog. The crew of the ship said it was common for Tampa. The embarkation and disembarkation process was very easy here and very well organized in a very nice terminal. Customs was fast and easy as well.
