Went with a group of family and Friends, 18 of us total. It was our first time going out of NYC, definitely more hectic than leaving from Baltimore. We had a terrible experience waiting for our hotel to pick us up from the port, but I do realize that’s not the ships fault.
Took too long to eat in the sit down dining rooms. Buffet is crazy most of the time, seating was not easy to find but I do realize that’s really not anyone’s fault either.
Loved o sheehans but they did not seem fully staffed at times.

Nice room. The man who cleaned our room was not near as friendly as the others on the other cruise ships. He was always nice when we crossed paths but overall not as friendly.
