Never Cruise with Norwegian. They lie and mislead their customers. The food was terrible. The steaks look like black pancakes, the lobster bisque looked like turkey gravy and the service was terrible. Every time I went to the pool deck their was a very distinct smell of urine and it was very close to where they serve the outdoor buffet. We stayed in their Haven and they would not even set up the outside furniture when asked to do so. When we asked why we were never given an answer and always told "sorry you feel this way" They never showed us to our room, never unpacked our bags,set up the room like we were told it would be and as advertised. They denied us access to the captains cocktail hour as well as two different shows. If you watch the Haven video on their website expect the exact opposite. Trying to order room service we where hung up on multiple times. One morning 4am all your heard was loud banging. Norwegian thought it would be a good tie to start scraping one of the decks to repaint. Good call. We asked multiple people the same questions and received multiple answers. spend your money elsewhere. This company is a rip off nothing is as advertised they even use stock photos on their website. NEVER AGAIN!!!
OLD OUTDATED, it took them 3 hours to ix the lock on our balcony door which was a huge safety concern as we had a 3 year old with who loves to climb.
