We booked Navigator because of the varied activities advertised. There were 8 of us in our party - aged from 75 down to 18, so we wanted things to keep us all happy and occupied.

Having previously cruised several times on Celebrity, we had high hopes of this being better equipped for the two younger members of our party and, indeed, that proved to be the case. However it was definitely less luxurious than Celebrity.

For the first time, my travelling companion and I decided to treat ourselves to a suite (1294) and we were really delighted with the extra space it gave us. Best of all there was a walk-in wardrobe with more than ample space for all our clothes, shoes, suitcases and general bits and bobs. That made a HUGE difference! In fact there was a massive amount of storage space throughout.
