Embarkation

Once we got on the boat we were informed of the safety training. There were only 18 life boats. Very clear..that's not enough. They made several announcements as to what time the training would be and the designated area. When everyone was in place..the staff wasn't. They were very unorganized. The sail away party was fun. Great vibes. My luggage wasnt at my door even after all that! My room attendant was very nice! Lee was his name. He knew my entire family by name. He gave me a $50 gift card to the spa for the inconvenience. They took my wine out of my luggage when one of the workers told us to put it there. I called member services about. One guy told me that i should have hand carried it on then a lady got on and said it was supposed to be in my luggage which it was. Its like they didn't know their own regulations.
