We chose this cruise to see New England and the fall colors. We did not see much of the fall colors because of recent warm weather and wrong timing but the cruise experience made up for it. We had an absolutely wonderful trip. We flew to Boston and spent one day walking the beautiful city, eating good food and seeing some of city highlights on our own. Weather was fantastic. The next day we boarded the ship leisurely and the fun began. Most everyone was friendly, accommodating and very hard working. You could tell they took pride in their jobs and wanted to make our trip special. Our wait staff Mark and Laksmi on Serenade of Seas were fabulous. They were attentive to our every need, prompt, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to be with during dinner hours. Our cabin steward, Foster was so sweet, very attentive, called us by name, made an effort to get to know us and made us feel at home. Food was great, ship clean, and overall a 10.
