Our cruise to Alaska was amazing starting with the crew, staff and scenery. Embarkation was so easy, we arrived at 10 and we were the first to board at 11 after proceeding through customs and immigration and the checkin. The ship is comfortable with plenty of space to enjoy the scenery and quiet little nooks to read or just get away from other people. We were in Aqua Class and truly enjoyed the Blu restaurant with it's amazing food and awesome staff. They treated us so well that we just cannot go back to the MDR. The ports were interesting but we passed on the excursions and did our own thing. No regrets, we thoroughly enjoyed the ports and all they had to offer. We especially enjoyed lunch at Tracey's Crab Shack in Juneau and so did many others. We had a lovely balcony and ordered coffee for our room every morning so that we could wake up slowly and enjoy the scenery before heading for breakfast in Blu. The menu in Blu is small however you may order anything you like from the MDR menu and they will happily bring it to you. All in all it was a truly wonderful cruise.
