Let me start by saying two things...First, we have always been loyal Celebrity cruisers and Elite + members, having been on them so many times I lose count. Second, the only things that don't lower this rating even lower are the ports were fun, and the crew's enthusiasm and friendliness were perfection !

Having recently been on a great Celebrity South American cruise last year, we were looking forward to the British Isles and Amsterdam, along with friends. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there were issues with the quality, and care, and attention paid to these cruisers. It just seemed like the cruise was a little "off".

The biggest issues we had were overall cleanliness of the ship, incredible lines for everything, general miscommunication, and substandard entertainment. Read more
