We wanted to see the newest RC ship and overall it was amazing!!! we had a 2 BR Aqua suite so the service was immeasurable. Our Genie Reyno was fabulous & took care of many of the headaches we wouldve had! Got us on the ship and to our room by 11:00 am .he made our show reservations..Grease was Broadway quality! Loved all the food both specialty and dining room. I know people have been complaining about the food on RC but I cant say one bad thing!!! We loved the improvements to the Suite sun deck. great to have a hot tub & bar there but RC majorly dropped the ball on leaving out a pool in the Solarium., Not sure why they would make this change but because of that I will NOT book on this ship again until they add one. I was also disappointed in the new pool hours.. we used to swim till midnight after dinner.. yes we are strange but it is not crowded at night and we didnt need to apply sun screen.,. now they close at 7 pm. they told us there was always a pool open at night but I guess with the storms out to sea we could never find an open pool..which was disappointing. I know people judge because of the price of the Aqua suites but if you can at all swing it you will be truly amazed!! pleasantly surprised to find out that the Bionic Bar is included in the Star class. Loved going to the Specialty rest for free.. especially the Izumi sushi for lunch take out on sea days. we ordered take out since the restr was already booked and took back to the Suite Deck for lunch fabulous!! I love that RC doesnt charge tips on the STAR class rooms. If you have Star Class remember to bring cash for tips. We were very generous to each waiter and our room attendant since they werent getting any other tips from us. We loved the food and service and quietness of the Coastal Kitchen for Breakfast, we didnt need to fight the crowds in then Windjammer and the wine and cheese before dinner was fabulous. Getting off the ship was a breeze as our bags were already sent valet service to the airline. we were then taken to the front of the customs line and in no time we were on our way to the airport. When vacation time is limited this is the way to cruise.. just saying!!! We will do the Allure next year!! it is our favorite ship so far.. but anxiously awaiting the prices to come down for the Symphony. our Aqua Theater Suite was 3x times higher on the Symphony for 2018 than this cruise on the Harmony. I think someone is on crack making the prices hahahaha!! but Ill keep checking for the drop.. gotta do the Symphony.. LOVE ROYAL CARIBBEAN!! keep on sailing :)
