I have been loyal to Royal for many years (cruising over 6 times). However the expectations for the Harmony of the Seas (the biggest ship out there) were not met! The overall cruise is UNDERSTAFFED! Royal You need more bartenders, more DJ's, Better hours of operations for Entertainment (not enough time slots for Shows) with the amount of people on board. Lounges closed way too early! Royal needs to extend Lounge times until 2 am and provide DJ's after bands leave. Teen disco needs a DJ playing Top hit songs all night until at least 1am.!! Teenagers were BORED!! Boleros closes too early, Dassles closes too early, Wonderland Lounge closes too early, the list is endless of the amount of wasted nightly lounges that Royal is not making proper use of! Elevators are not in SYNC!! They are way too slow for the amount of people on board. Fix Them! Main Dinning Room needs better food portions *they have declined tremendously! Not everyone wants to spend more money on Specialty Restaurants. Breakfast should be served later in the Solarium too! Stop closing at 1030 am. Too many people on board!

You need an A la Carte Omelette area at the Windjammer and Solarium! The Bartending service was very poor especially at the Solarium and Floating Bars! Hire more bartenders!! Too many passengers on this Ship!! You can't run this ship like you run your small fleets. Seriously Royal?? You are making way too much money for this ship to be slacking and reducing!! Step it up, hire more staff and GET more Bartenders and DJ'S on board!!
