cabin was very small, air quality was stale....food was poor on the 10th floor, the dining room food was better, however long lines often had you wait to be seated, and when seated staff hovered around you.........it was crowded, felt like cattle being prodded....on the 4th of July , the cruise line did nothing but let fall some red , white and blue balloons.... absolutely nothing about this ship was special. we were nickel and dimed with drinks , art, shops ect..too bad they did'nt put that much emphasis on the food and more entertainment for the guests..the excursions were many, however they were very expensive........upon leaving we had to fly out of vancouver, and were given the wrong luggage tags, that had the incorrect departure time, I noticed it and went to guest services, it was corrected, but had I not caught it, we probably would have missed our flight back home..language barriers with the staff were a challange as well.......thank goodness my husband and I did the danali land vacation first...alaska was beautiful, just wished we did not use the ship to see it.....disappointed....if we were given a free voucher to return....we would not accept it, ...I guess that tells it all..................
