We selected this cruise because of the Celtic destinations, and it did not disappoint. The beginning was a real positive as we encountered the most efficient boarding process we have encountered in 30+ cruises. I thought the customer service exceeded expectations, and may associates were outstanding, especially George in the Internet Cafe. The concept of flexing the two new restaurants for breakfast and lunch was well done, however the overall quality of the food served at dinner was poor, with the exception of the upscale Crown which was excellent. The two new restaurants, Steamers and the Rib Place were poor in both menu selection and food quality, and the attendance reflected it. Princess does understand customer needs and provides a comfortable stateroom, with sufficient storage space, and a laundry facility on board. The entertainment was good, especially the Princess performers, and the piano man, but it was a cruise of ports, not one we stayed on the ship. I think princess needs review the new restaurants, and add an oriental cusine. I most add that the tapas at the wine bar were great. As with the beginning, the disembarking in Southampton was well done, especially when you consider the emergency port change

Used E coach again, because of addition of Kinsale, we should have gone to Waterford
It rained, lost the day
