Upon embarkation at check-in it was very slow .The Rep we had at check-in seemed totally bored with her job & was not helpful when we asked questions.

Once in our stateroom we had long delay waiting for luggage delivered.

The service on board, mainly in the Sapphire Restaurant was very inconsistent, we had My Time dining and each time we experienced either good or bad service. Even Guest Services were sometimes pleasant & sometimes not. There was just not enough staff on the desk most times .

We were happy with the size of the cabin for an Interior .The bathroom & the shower were a good size, too .We had one problem with the toilet not flushing but when notified they came immediately & fixed it .
