This was our bucket-list cruise to Europe and we were very disappointed with the ship, the captain, the food, the entertainment, and the many, many WRONG things that happened. About the only good thing we have to say is that during the cruise, they offered three days of "discount" laundry service and this helped. We were not allowed to enter the Azores or Belgium because these port stops were cancelled, and only "token" fees or allowances given back to the customer. Other Cruise Lines take their customers more seriously and want to have repeat customers and positive feedback as recommendations - NCL apparently does not. At each of the port stops that we were allowed to make, most were extremely long waits in getting off the ship and extra extreme long waits and lines in getting back on the ship. The ship was very crowded, and one of the most disappointing things was there was no indoor observation place that was comfortable unless you want to pay an extra higher price for one of the "select" staterooms (which we were not even allowed to visit or see.

Very small and cramped, and the balcony was a joke!
