I took the Transatlantic on Norwegian Getaway from Miami to Copenhagen at the end of April this year.

Embarkation was very quick, from getting off the transfer coach to being on board: 20 minutes, I was on board by 12h30. Cabins were not ready until 13h30, but all other facilities were operational.

The ship is huge. Nice décor, great facilities, even though the outside decks seemed a bit limited for a ship that normally spends most of its time in the Caribbean. A real success is the “Waterfront”, on deck 8: bars and restaurants with outside sitting, what a great feature. And even during the Atlantic crossing, it was well used. Read more
