This was our 15th cruise and our 2nd worst! The worst one was Holland America after Carnival bought it! Our cabin was fine as were our waiters and that's about it. The food (except for Guys and the Steakhouse) was bordering on awful. Lots of selection...just tasteless. The officers were the most unfriendly I've ever seen. Never saw the captain and only heard him twice. Really a shame because the ship is gorgeous. We sail on Valor in March and if it's not better than this one, won't sail Carnival again even though we will make Platinum on the next one. The music was nothing to be excited about...a country duo that was fine and a jazz band that was fine and one guy doing calypso on Lido and that's it! Ocean Plaza that's supposed to be the hub of the ship was largely deserted. Carnival, you're getting bigger but certainly not better. Get your act together!
