This was our fifth cruise and one of the worst ones! It started off with a very unorganized and chaotic embarkation. As for the cruise itself, the food was not up to par (I cannot stand the change to the American table as there isn't a lot of variety unless you are into very upscale kind of food). The ship itself was nice, but it didn't have that wow factor that the Magic has.

As for the entertainment...the worse I have ever seen. The shows were horrendous. It felt like I was watching a high school production. I did not understand how the Magic, that we have been on twice before its dry dock and was built after the Breeze, would have such amazing performances in the theatre compared to the Breeze. The shows on the Magic were always packed, always engaging, and a very exciting. The ones on the Breeze barely had anybody, did not have as skilled performers, and just lacked fun entertainment. The music fell short during the whole cruise as it catered solely to older individuals, including in the night club. I figured after an hour of its specialty night the night club would change to fun, current music like we have seen on other boats...no...again, only older music (80s and before).

Also, the beds were horrible. VERY hard. Concerning the disembarkation...the WORSE I have ever experienced! On all our previous cruises when you choose to self disembark usually those individuals will all go first. However, on this cruise the director decided to call the decks starting from the top (never seen before, usually will do Deck 1 and Deck 12 at the same time, then Deck 2 and Deck 11, etc.), and chose to include the Zone disembarkation. In other words, people like me that were on Deck 2 would not have gotten off until who knows what time! Thankfully, us and a lot of others were upset and took it upon ourselves to just go ahead and get off when Deck 10 was called and were able to leave just fine.
