We had attended a couple of promotional sessions prior to making our booking. We booked two back to back river cruises expecting them to be much fun and very relaxing. They turned out to be quite tiring with early mornings and late nights and extended bus trips. The entertainment on board is very average in quality and presentation. Just be aware that if anything does go wrong Scenic is quick to distance themselves from any liability. Its is not all bad. The staff are wonderful and there are copious amounts of food and drink. If you are a person who usually travels independently then you may wish to think carefully before embarking on a river cruise. The balcony suite on the third floor was roomy and comfortable.

We did hear about the engine noise from passengers who were at the rear of the ship.

We did see some wonderful sites.
