Freedom of the Seas Review

Food was excellent; bars and pool deck were so-so.

Sail Date: Jan 2016
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

This was our 4th cruise, the last two being with Royal Caribbean (other being Adventure of the Seas in April 2015). This was the first time my wife and I cruised with others, as we convinced two of our friends to take their first ever cruise with us.

Hotel Information:

As always in the wintertime we leave one or two days early in case of bad weather. This year we could only leave one day earlier, and flew into Orlando, picked up a rental car and headed to the Wyndham Garden in Lake Buena Vista. The hotel was good, and situated next to Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney).

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Was a great trip. Mama Luv (our tour guide) was very good, except she did tend to provide her own personal opinions on some the the stuff going on in Jamaica...

Falmouth

Was a lot of fun... enjoyed it a lot.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Had a great time... tour guide was interesting...

Cozumel

Tour guide was friendly and informative. We did a Tequial Tour, Mayan Ruins, then drove along the coast and stopped in a local beach restaurant, and spent some time on the beach and in the ocean.
