Well I am glad I went with NCL this time, because it showed me what cruise line to stay away from.
The worst part is the costumer service, which the most important part of the cruise for me. When you ask a question every one gives different answers.
Be careful if you want to return something you bough on the ship. On the last day of the cruise (sea day), i decided to return two items in different shops. One of the items was processed without any problems and right away without any questions. The second items, the guy was so nasty and rude to me, he said I could not do it on the last day. I told him that I just did it without any problems. He kept saying exchange only. I was no, your return policy clearly states that I have a right to return and get money back. We were going back and fourth arguing, finally he said ok. No where does it say that you cannot do it the last day no one even told me such a thing when I purchased it. The way he spoke to me with such irritation and rudeness, was very unpleasant.
My room I actually enjoyed, although the space where the toilet is, is small. I don't know if a person who is tall over 6 feet would fit comfortably, there are no space for the knees. It was nice to sit out on the balcony, or just go for some fresh air when ever you felt like it. Although the day of the debarkation the door broke.
