We have just returned from a super 12 night cruise on the Silhouette. We were on the inaugural cruise two years ago and have been eager to get back on board. Well, we were not disappointed. She was just as we remembered her and offered us a truly amazing cruise again. In our early forties with an 11 year old son, Celebrity and particularly the Silhouette is just perfect. Clean, great balcony cabin, excellent service throughout the ship, outstanding food and beautiful in design. We all agree, we would sail on her again and again.

We mainly ate in the MDR and buffet where we found the food to be both tasty, well presented and a good variety on the menu. As for the service, we were made to feel so welcome and it was a pleasure to chat to the waiters who went out of their way to make our son feel special. The service was in our opinion first class. We opted for Select Dining but were still treated like important passengers.

We did eat in Qsine one night which was great fun and particularly enjoyed by our son who loved the whole experience on offer. Read more
