Many aspects of the cruise were excellent. Room stewards, dining staff, pool deck outlet staff all excellent. The difficult aspects stand out. Balcony room was great, no issues at all. Though we did hear a few stories from other peoples cabins - no air conditioning, no hot water.. Bed was super comfortable, shower was great..
