When booking this cruise it was advertised as a ' 3 Night Short Getaway' to Cherbourg and back, we were aware it was one of the ship's first ever cruises but at no point were we told that this cruise was 'pre inaugural' and we were never advised that there may not be all facilities available and that their was a possibility of building work still going on. I am giving a review more of the ship than the cruise. We had a four night cruise leaving Southampton to Rotterdam. We also knew this was a tester cruise and certain thing might not be working etc so we did travel knowing these things.
