Quick, pleasant. Onboard within 15 minutes of arriving at 12 noon. Room was ready for us.

We travelled the first week of the school summer holidays, if you don't like kids don't travel in the school holidays!! There were a lot of teens on board but they were no trouble and all polite and well behaved, so what, they may have been noisey at times but they're on HOLIDAY.
