Don't listen to all the people who complained. It's a brand new ship that was inaugurated only in May 2016, it looks new,it smells new and it is new! Very good, excellent service, food was beyond expectations. Family room was a little bit crowdy but you don't feel it since the whole day you're out. We flew KLM from Vancouver, Canada to Amsterdam on Sept. 4th. for a Sept. 7th. sailing out of Rotterdam.
