I have been on 14 cruises (4 Disney, 4 NCL, 3 Carnival, 2 Tradewinds catamarans, and 1 Costa). I am most disappointed with NCL. The service has gotten worse. We chose Viking based on cruise ratings and have sailed on over 30 ocean cruises. Our review benchmark used 2019 sailings on HAL and Regent. The Star passenger areas are in good shape for the ship's age. We experienced most of what the other low rated reviewers experienced. Mostly the balcony room was so small that I had to fold a 35 pound wheel chair and carry it over the bed to the only area where there was room.
