We got the Fantastica experience that included 12 drinks per passenger. Even though it was in MSC's computer system, we did not get the drink vouchers as we embarked. For one reason or another the reception staff couldn't take care of the issue right away and we had to make 3 trips to the reception desk. However, that was the only issue we had. Embarkation and disembarkation went surprisingly smoothly. Cabin was adequate but we couldn't enjoy balcony due to chain smokers on next balcony. Unfortunate because husband got quite ill with bronchitis and URI and were quarantined on day 6. MSC says smoking isn't tolerated on balconies but maids apparently missed clue of ash tray on balcony.
