Service was amazing!

This was me and my husband's first cruise together and it was fantastic! The food was great, the shows were entertaining, our excursions were fun and the room was comfy. Great job from Celebrity! Just a couple things I want to touch on, Food: My husband is allergic to nuts which can be challenging when dining out, but not once did we have a concern which was the most relieving part of this ...

For a Celebrity Cruise it was disappointing

This was our 36th cruse and the first in 2 1/2 years due to COVID. We have taken our last five cruises on Celebrity (Equinox and Edge) and looked forward to our return to cruising for the first time on Reflection. Many of the small items expected were missing on this cruise. No champagne upon boarding, mediocre food, passengers smoking in their rooms. no french fries for the first 4 days. Limited ...

This was our 1st cruise since pandemic shut down. We bit the bullet, booked and boy oh boy was it good to be on board again. We weren’t the only passengers who were ecstatic to be sailing! Guests and crew alike were open and friendly. The weather was iffy, seas little rough sometimes but overall a good cruise, totally enjoyed and worth it! Problems: it took until the 3rd night for the MDR ...

A Rock and Roll Good Time!

We sailed the Reflection for our second wedding anniversary. It rained almost nonstop on Embarkation Day and the ship was late docking into port as a result of the early morning storm. This meant early arrivals had to wait in two consecutive areas before boarding the ship. We made it onboard about 11:20 and spent time dropping our bags, picking up Seapass cards, reporting to Muster station, ...

Last Minute Cruise

Had not cruised since May 2019 aboard the Freedom of the Seas. Were in Florida and decided to explore a last minute cruise. Majority of past cruises have been on Royal Caribbean and Norwegian. After exploring the cruise critic site and looking at reviews we decided on the Celebrity Reflection because of the reviews, perceived upscale environment and price. We enjoyed the cruise, however we had ...

We chose this cruise as a warm weather getaway. We met quite a few cruisers from the north with the same idea. We specifically chose the Reflection as we have sailed on the Solstice many times and loved the ship and exceptional service provided by the crew. Embarkation was very easy. Our assigned time was 11. We arrived on time and were quickly checked in. Took about 10 minutes. We were then ...

Very nice ship but some rough spots

We chose this cruise because Celebrity is our “go-to” line and had not tried Reflection previously. I knew we’d like the ship because Equinox-class ships are our favorite overall. The cruise was mainly chosen for the ship and timing; ports were not particularly exciting due to mostly having been to them all previously. It turned out it was harder to make good use of port time than anticipated ...

Drove 4 hrs. to Quebec city from New Brunswick Friday for a Park and Fly at the Cofortel. Air Transat for a 6am flight to Fort Lauderdale Saturday. Front desk at Westin on Commercial drive around noon. They had decent prices but what we saved on accommodations we paid on extra cab fares. Front desk were professional and held our luggage until a room was ready around 3:30. We had an excellent ...

We had an 11 o'clock boarding time and were actually on the ship at 11. We went to our room to drop our carry-on on picked up information for our concierge lunch. Went to explore ship and have a cocktail before lunch. They changed the lunch up a bit to beef bourgignon instead of short ribs. It was tasty. DHs chicken was a bit dry. We went back to our cabin, luggage was there and met our ...

Reflection Review overall bad experience

I have cruised with Celebrity over 12 times. This cruise was the worst, especially for the alcove cabanas on the Lawn Club deck that they advertise as a place to enjoy peace and quiet, and for which we paid $229 a day to reserve. Celebrity plays movies on the Lawn Club screen twice a day, with the sound so loud it drove us out -- and there was no one watching the movie!!!!! Of course, we ...
